Cilok Sauce
Ingredients:
200 gr tapioca flour
100 gr wheat flour
3 spring onions
1 celery stalk
2 cloves of garlic
to taste fried onion
Salt
Flavoring
to taste fine Pepper
Chilli powder
Water
Vegetable oil
Step:
Mix tapioca flour, flour, salt, 1 stem leek thinly sliced give warm water then knead and rounded
Boil cilok into boiling water to float and lift
Puree garlic (may be geprek aja) and stir fry a little water input for salt brewing sauce, fine pepper, flavor await until boiling input cilok wait "3 minutes lift
Add 2 stalks on thinly sliced leaves, celery leaves, chilli powder and fried onions
