Oh man, I was just trying to think of what to make for dinner tonight, and then I come across these. They look sooo tasty! Now I don't think there's any way we won't be having some sort of loaded potato skins. lol

I did my own version, and actually remembered to document it! lol I'll for sure do a post for them soon! :) (They were very tasty - thanks for the inspiration!)
