Yesterday was a windy day and I decided to spend it cooking.

I went to market and bought only local food. All vegetables home grown and seafood from Red sea.

Well, I admit I lied a bit.

Forgot to buy garlic, so I ran to the closest store which only had imported one from China.

This is my masterpiece after half an hour spent in the oven.

And here is the final result.

Nothing special but I can tell you that the taste of food is incomparable to usually stuff you buy in supermarket.

Even amateur like me can be a chef, especially when is the guest at the same time.

I think in the roast it could be very nice flavors too.

I know. Unfortunately no pork available here, and cows are kind of skinny. So seafood or camel. 😉

Masterpiece looks good, but I would not recommend garlic from China... Oh, have I ignored your posts or you haven't been active for a while?...

Povrće volite da seckate, sve je tu, paprika, crni luk, peršun, beli luk i to je zabavno. Ako sumnjate u kvalitet bilo koje namirnice mnogo je bolje i pametnije ne pojesti, makar ostali gladni.

Ali ostao je palac na slici. Niste imali hrabrosti da i njega isečete? 😉

I didn't post for a long time. Some people were envious of my earning on posts and self voting and start downvoting me. They didn't appreciate my investment and engagement. Those people operate with delegated hive power and didn't invest a single cent of money.

In regards my toe I would say that is a good surprise that someone even read my posts. But your attention to details is exceptional.

my secret ingredient is butter.
I'm not sure if it add to the taste. It was just on the counter while I was improvising.😄
