I love cooking this dish i made from ostrich meat and potato musroom carrots and onion with some curry taste yammmyyyy

I have never had ostrich before.
Is it tough?

If u cook right i guess then its ok .i cook in preadure cooker for about 90 min then its fall appart but because its has no fat its more tougher then other meat .but its nice u must try it😊
