Yes, it is a bit more chewy. It's the way bread is supposed to be. Bread has 5 ingredients. The commercial stuff has 29 - 33. It's a lie to even call it bread.

And too bad i eat it almost everyday. I am a bread lover. I can eat bread almost everyday. I especially like the chewy type. I need start to learn how to make bread by referring to your step by step instruction.
