Is Greek salad your favorite food? Are you a salmon lover? Do you like to eat avocado? My answer are absolutely going be Yes! Yes! and Yes!!!
And that's why I put all of them together and keep having the same menu again and again!
Today I would like to show you how easy to make 'Salmon Avocado Greek Salad' let's get started!
Ingredients
-Salmon fillets
-Avocado, chopped
-Lettuce, chopped
-Cucumber, sliced
-Tomatoes, diced
-Red onions, sliced
-Black olives, sliced
-Feta cheese, crumbled
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Balsamic vinegar
-Fresh lemon juice
-Oregano
-Salt
-Black pepper
Prepare all the fresh veggies. Plate all remaining Greek salad ingredients then top with avocado 🥑
Put 1 table spoon of olive oil in the pan then heat the pan on medium-high heat. Lightly season the salmon with salt then cook in the pan for 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly before put it on top of the salad.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, oregano, salt and black pepper then serve immediately! Yum!
This is the perfect salad for me! I love how well everything can mixed together. I'll definitely want to make it again soon!
