Good day steemians, hope your day is going great.... I'm here to share a few kitchen tips,i hope you learn something new
Bananas spoil less quickly in a bunch so don't seperate them until you are ready to eat them.
Apples release ethylene gas that makes other fruits mature or rippen faster, so if you want your fruits to rippen overnight, put then in a paper bag with an apple.
If you want to know how fresh your egg is, put it in cup of water, fresh eggs sink to the bottom while bad ones float.

Whenever you mistakenly over salt your food, just peel a potato and plop it into the soup, it will absorb all the salt, stir and remove the potatoes after 10 minutes.
Do not keep your mushrooms in water for told long because they absorb water easily and lose their elasticity.
When chopping herbs, just toss a little salt on your chopping board to avoid them flying around.
*Always use sharper knives... It makes work easier, safer and more efficient

Before chopping peppers, apply vegetable oil on your hands to avoid having pepprish sting on your hands after slicing
To know if your oil is hot enough for frying... Put a spoon in it, if a bubble forms around the spoon then you are good to go.
