Cream Of Mushroom Soup
It's very hard for anyone to resist the delicious taste of mushrooms sauted in garlic and butter and made a creamy soup. It's also nutritious and filling alternative to heavy meals. This soup is a must-have for mushroom-lovers.
As you know Soup is such a food which can be taken at any time and it's considered to be healthy and digestible. The ingredients are easily available and cooking takes hardly any time.
Today I am going to present another variant of soup which is also delicate and heavy at the same time. The process is the easiest of all available on the internet.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cups water
- salt and black pepper powder (to taste)
- 1 tsp green coriander (dhania)(chopped)
Method:
In a microwave-safe bowl microwave butter at 100% power for 30 secs.
Add chopped onion & garlic. Microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power.
Add chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water. Microwave at 100% power for 4-5 mins. and stir in between.
Add cornflour (in 1/2 cup cold water) and microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power.
Add beaten cream and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
N.B.:- For a low-calorie version, omit the cream.
