Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets;
- 2-3 large apples;
- 1 stalk of celery;
- a handful of peeled walnuts;
- a handful of raisins;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 1 lemon
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- cooking oil for frying.
Cooking
Dice the chicken fillet and fry in oil for 10-15 minutes. Chop the celery finely. Prepare the sauce: squeeze the juice from the lemon and add sour cream and mayonnaise to it. Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Mix the finished fillet with raisins, celery and dressing.
Gently remove the core from apples and cut them into circles half a centimeter thick. Gently lay the lettuce on them. You can simply cut the apples into cubes and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Grind the walnuts and sprinkle them with salad.
