Hii guys, this is a new post different for last histories. it's about VEGETABLES CHINESE; it's THE Spicy Mushrooms...
- INGREDIENTS ::
- 15ml/1 tbsp vegetable oil,
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped,
- ml/1 tsp grated ginger root,
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped,
- 225 g/8 oz button mushrooms,
- 15 ml/1 tbsp hoi sin sauce,
- 15 ml/1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry,
- 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce,
- 45 ml/3 tbsp chicken stock,
- 5 ml/1 tsp sesame oil.
- Method::
- Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat and stir-fry the garlic, ginger an spring onions for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
