Ingredients :
100gr brown sugar, comb
700ml water
2 pieces of pandan leaves, squeeze, knot
A pinch of salt
1bgks agar2 plain
1sdm sugar (according to taste)
1 egg
1sachet coconut milk instant (65 ml)
How to make :
- Heat water, brown sugar comb, salt and pandanus until boiling, strain
- In a bowl of whipped off eggs and coconut milk, set aside
- In a pan mix to powder and sugar until smooth
Pour the sugar solution and heat it to a boil - Put the egg mixture slightly stir briefly, let it boil again, turn off the heat
- Pour into mold, leave room temperature, insert into refrigerator, serve cold.
Looks very interesting to make, I wish to have extra time so I can prepare for my daughter.
No doubt the pudding looks great, it looks like a jelly also has good texture
