Made some tasty burgers today :)
Before grilling the mean I started off with some spices.
This time I used salt, pepper, ground paprika and curry.
Made them patties nice and thick, put on some butter, put the patty on, one at the time.
Grilled them on a nice small fire, takes some time but doesn't fry the outside and contains the meat sauces!
Once one side shows color flip it!
It might seem still all raw but once flipped it will grill the surround and inside.
While the patty was being grilled I prepared some salad and toppings,
Kept it pretty simple, ketchup, onions, tomato and sour pickle.
One last twist on the patty and putting some cheese on top to get melted while the meat is being finalized.
And the first one is done!
If you notice the meat still has some mild pinkish tone to it on the side, and that is on with purpose!
Properly grilled meat is not what one usually sees in McDonald, fully fried out, it should always keep some of it's pinkness
By totally frying it, you dry all the sauces out, which is a big nono!
No time to loose, off to the next one!
Nedless to say, I got pretty stuffed!
Hope you enjoyed my little burger tutorial!
Those look excellent!
thanks! :) glad u like it
