Anna what a gorgeous carrot/zucchini cake.It just looks so delicious.Zucchini makes cakes very moist as long as you drain most the liquid to ensure it doesn't go to dense.I have used zucchini in a number of cakes I have made.I love it as the kids are not realising the veggies they are in taking.Defo wonderful for easter.I would have to finish off with huge bunny face and some little easter eggs for the kids.Yours is stunningly sophisticated.Thanks for sharing your recipe👍🏼👌❤
