Absolutely agree on your view! I don't have intolerance to lactose, and I didn't removed dairy and gluten 100% from my diet, but reduced their consumption drastically, and I did noticed a change in my energy levels for better. Every more and more there's more information that they have pro-inflamatory characteristics. Although genetics and lifestyle have a role in what is good for us and what's not, basic common sense should suffice to say that the tons of sugar in a lot of food sources (and worse in the ones where it shouldnt be at all!), and too much processed food is not good for us! And by the way, if you have tips on nice restaurants to try in Barcelona... I'll be needing them reaaaly shortly :)
