Here Are Some Pragmatic Vegan Meal Examples For You

Eating vegan does not have to be hard, in fact it should be easier to prepare vegan food than having to cook meat.

I think the reason people believe otherwise is because of the unrealistic vegan food pics they see on Instagram. A smoothie bowl perfectly decorated with eight different toppings looks cool, but how many of us really have the money or the time to do that.

These are two meal examples I would eat for dinner:

I bought a can of vegetables and beans and added them to the rice. The only prep I did was rinse the uncoocked rice until the water became clear and then boiled it.

Most supermarkets have these cans of beans or veg and they are generally very cheap.

For this second meal I also bought a can of beans, but added tomato relish this time.

I also got some pasta and added a curry sauce.

Two healthy high carb low fat vegan meals, which are cheap and take almost no time to prepare.

Yeah it is possible. However fresh prepared food is much better. You probably need some additional supplements than, right? I am a vegetarian but like the idea of veganism as next step. It is much easer to be a vegan in Bali for exemple than in cold northern Europe, where you can't do much alone with LOCAL food. So still trying to find out what works best for me.

I agree fresh food is better I was just trying to give some 'on the go' examples that take 2 minutes or less to prepare. This is still much healthier than a meat based alternative.

I like this! I am quite a simple vegan myself. Last meal I made was Quinoa with added Black Beans and Fresh Frozen Okra on top of Spinach. Simple yet Satisfying! Tonight I am doing a meal prep for work tomorrow. Quinoa, Okra, and about to add some fresh Chard!
