I wanted to share pictures from a catering event a few months back..... the theme was bite sized brunch.
I love making canapes, you can get very creative, it is a lot of work, very time consuming but so much fun!
Bite sized cinnamon rolls
Brie, Waffle and strawberry skewers with maple syrup on the side.
Cucumber cups with crab salad
Caprese Salad skewers with balsamic syrup.
And for dessert.... a cream puff tower, or croquembouche.... made with cookie craquelin instead of the traditional sugar so it wouldn't melt in the Houston humidity!
