today I introduce you a typical tuna appetizer from my Sicilian Trapani areas.
Ingredients:
100g tuna bottarga
100g of tuna salami
1/2 lemon
50ml olive oil extra virgin
Method:
Cut the tuna bottarga and salami and place it on a serving plate. Take the lemon , prepare the lemon juice and emulsify it with olive oil .Pour a little of the oil and lemon and finish the plate redy to eat.Buon apeti
