So now I'm hungry and am going to make this on the weekend. Lovely combination of flavors and I do like a busy plate with well blended tastes and textures. The addition of grilled sausage and cheese makes this a inviting meal which I could also see work well with lightly grilled salmon steak & a light chilli sauce. Thanks man.
