Wow I hadn't even heard of 'moringa' until I came across your post. What an interesting leaf to use in cooking. I share the same philosophy of nothing going to waste as well, I try to use every last bit and it's actually pretty easy to use up spare ingredients. I find if you start off with good, quality ingredients then no matter what you use them in it will be a good meal :)

Agree. Good ingredients make good food. We love moringa. Grows everywhere here! Some say it's gonna be a hot topic/superfood in 2018... we'll see!
Oooh haha, like the way kale seems to have revolutionised what we eat?! I'll be keeping an eye out of moringa and will be giving credit to you if it becomes the new superfood :P
If you can find it fresh... omg so tasty.... like spinach but better ;)
