Here are two more of my smoothie concoctions for those picky eaters in your life.

And for those of you who have finicky little ones in your family-any tips or tricks?
Smoothie 1 Ingredients:
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ ripe banana
- 3 strawberries (tops removed)
- 1 cup carrot juice
Smoothie 2 Ingredients:
- ½ ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- ½ cup of kale
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup blueberries
For each smoothie, place ingredients and blend until smooth.
Feeling Yummy
I like the one of cranberries but in my country they do not manage so I had to make the strawberry one that I also like
