After this time, form balls smaller than the walnut from the dough (grow heavily), put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten with a fork, while giving a pattern to the cookies. Cool again in the fridge for 1 hour.
Bake for about 12 - 15 minutes at 200ºC (with hot air) or to blush the edges. At the end of baking, the temperature can be reduced to 180 ° C.
