This is one of my favorite dessert. Ice Tofu from Taiwan. Is not something easy to found around the word, I never see nobody make here in Thailand.
Vegan and delicius, I love it!

That looks really delicious but what is in it really? Ice Tofu sounds like frozen tofu, and that doesn't sound all that appetizing 😅

I have no idea, actually doesn't taste like tofu, is something like panna cotta!

Panna cotta is really good, so Ice Tofu must be too! I'll try it if I come across it somewhere :)
