The amounts will be based on the number of peoples so I will not put specific amounts...
Ingredients - 2 peoples
- lettuce
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Caned Corn
- Spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin)
- Baked toast
- 1 chicken breast
- Lemon - as desired -
Dressing: - Spoon of mayonnaise
- 2 spoons of yogurt
- spoon Cheese - as desired
- Lemon
How to prepare:
- Cut the vegetables and put them in a pot as you want.
- Cut the bread and sprinkle it with oil and place it in the oven or microwave.
- Spice the chicken breast with salt, pepper, turmeric and cumin.
- Heat the pot with a little oil and turn the chicken and wait until it fully cooked. 5 min each side.
- Cut the chicken slices and spread it over the salad and then put the bread and the sauce on top.
I like the ammount of chicken you put on there in order to get full :D 10/10 I would do the same!
