Caesar salad my way..DELICIOUS!!!

The amounts will be based on the number of peoples so I will not put specific amounts...

Ingredients - 2 peoples

  • lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Caned Corn
  • Spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin)
  • Baked toast
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Lemon - as desired -
    Dressing:
  • Spoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 spoons of yogurt
  • spoon Cheese - as desired
  • Lemon


    How to prepare:
  1. Cut the vegetables and put them in a pot as you want.
  2. Cut the bread and sprinkle it with oil and place it in the oven or microwave.
  3. Spice the chicken breast with salt, pepper, turmeric and cumin.
  4. Heat the pot with a little oil and turn the chicken and wait until it fully cooked. 5 min each side.
  5. Cut the chicken slices and spread it over the salad and then put the bread and the sauce on top.

I like the ammount of chicken you put on there in order to get full :D 10/10 I would do the same!
