hi @hiroyamagishi! Thank you for your comment. It is not necessary, as the oil is very hot. When it's small pieces like this, a few minutes per side is fine. If it's a larger piece, you'll need to cook it longer. The reason we marinade the chicken in the yoghurt is to tenderize it. By boiling the chicken, it will toughen. ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฝ

If it are larger pieces you can always steam them a little bit (not Steem lol), this will not thoughen the meat, but it will take less time to fry them, so you won't overfry them. Just a little hint. @adsactly and @hiroyamagishi and @princessmewmew
