Chin-chin is a snacks that is very delicious. Infact i can eat chin chin as a meal😂😂. When i was growing up my mom makes chin chin every festive season, it got to a point that if there is no chin chin during festive seasons like christmas or easter, omo that means the christmas or easter celebration never start.
I didnt knw chin-chin is really not an easy snacks to do until i started making it for business purpose, like making and selling the chin chin. At first it was fun to do bt as time went on i got tired. But trust me i never gave up because i knw what i want to achieve with the business. I made lots and lots of mistakes which propelled me to making researches and learning a whole lot about chin chin and the business behind it.
Am going to show you the processes one undergoes in making chin chin with the help of pictures ofcourse😂😂
That is a dry clean bowl filled with
flour
Nutmeg
Baking powder of which you would mix thoroughly with hand 
That is another clean dry bowl with
Milk
Raw eggs
Sugar
One teaspoon of salt, these you wuld mix thoroughly until it looks like the picture below
Inside the bowl that is filled with mixture of flour, baking powder and nutmeg, you add your butter and mix it well with it until it looks like crumbs of bread as shown below
Then you start mixing the liquid ingredients into the dry ones until it forms like this
Then there comes the main work u start dividing the above dough into small chunks, place it on a cutting board and then roll it with a roller until its flat enough like the one below
After which you cut it to your own desired shapes or sizes
After which you leave it under the fan or sun to dry.
When its dried up, then its ready to be fried or baked any one you prefer but nevertheless, below its how it would look like after frying

STOPChin chin is definitely one of my best snacks. I remember growing up and snatching them from the kitchen.
