1 cup chopped sliced mushroom
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt-free Mrs dash original
1/2(6-oz) can tomato paste,no salt added
1,12-inch boboli R whole-wheat
1/2 cup black olive,sliced
1 cup fresh basil leave
2 sliced Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup shreadded,low -fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 crumbled feta cheese
Direction
1.preheat oven to 450f
2.spray a large skillet with over medium-high heat and add olive oil when hot,add garlic and onion and saute for 2 minute s
3.add pepper and mushroom and saute for 2 to 3 minute
4.add oregano,onion powder salt-free seasoning and tomato paste.mix well and remove from heat
5.place the curst on a baking sheet and spread the tomato mixture on top
6.top pizza with olives,basil tomatoes,and cheese
7.bake for 8 to 10 minute
8.make 4 servings
