This recipe is carefully stored on the first sheet notebooks yellowed by time. And we have always baked in the New Year. There was nothing more festive for me than this snowy hill. From this recipe in our family we took already no one remembers. Quick and easy to prepare, stunning gentle vkus.😊

Ingredients:

for the dough:

  • 1.5 cups water
  • 150 g of butter
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 6 eggs

Cream:

  • 2 cups sour cream 25% fat
  • 1 cup of sugar

Preparation:

  1. dough: put on the fire a pot with water, add the oil. When the water boils, add the flour, remove from heat and stir well mass. The dough is a little cool and beat the eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly. Knead dough until glossy brilliance and homogeneity. Choux pastry shift into a pastry bag and squeeze out on a baking sheet lined with paper, elongated "fingers" with a length of 4-5 cm. Bake in a preheated oven at 170c until golden brown.
  2. Cream: Beat the cold cream with the sugar until a lush cream.
  3. Assembly: ready-cooled "fingers" dipped in cream and put in a dish in the form of slides. Put in the fridge for 12 hours. Ready cake sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Cake incredibly beautiful and gentle! And just melts in your mouth! 😉
