Turned out nice and smooth. I had just a little bit of coconut oil left over. So I replaced the biggest part of the oil with cacao butter ... Next time I will use cacao butter only because I didn't like the taste of the coconut oil in my butter so much. It is okay with jam but cacao butter is more neutral with other things like vegan cheese or spread or smoked tofu (which I like a lot with bread. Thank you again for the recipe!
