I LOVE this post~
There is much to love about it yet my favorite is how you make it clear that food taste is like beauty, its different for everyone and you make it very CLEAR that the way you do it is "the way YOU like it"
This should be obvious yet its actually quite extraordinary the way you put it. I appreciate that and hope that others see this and not just the tasty mouth gaming (of which does look TASTY BTW)

    I'm not really one to measure out a 1/4th tablespoon of Paprika, so I just go with what I think, and change it next time if I messed it up this time, until I get a good "feel" for the dish.
