A team of researchers recently conducted a study on egg nutrition. They see, those who eat one egg each day, 18% less than those who do not eat at heart risk of heart disease. The researchers reported that about four lakh adults reviewed the health status of the person. A research report on this has been published in the journal 'Heart' on May 21.

Associate Professor Kanki Yu, associate professor of research paper at the University of Peking University, told CNN: "Earlier doctors often warned about eating more eggs after one age. Because of this they used to talk about cholesterol in the egg. But there is a different picture in our study. In previous studies, support for this opinion has also been expressed. But in those studies, the lifestyle of participants and other eating habits was avoided when searching for an affair with egg. Recent studies have tried to overcome these shortcomings.

It needs to be said here, as a result of heartbeat, researchers are talking about high blood pressure and all related diseases related to blood circulatory system. Deadly topics such as heart attacks, arithmia and stroke are also covered under research. And behind these diseases, smoking can lead to many irregularities, including bad eating habits. Considering these factors, the Chinese team of researchers wanted to find out the relationship between eggs and heart conditions. For this, they collected information from a study of over 500,000 people aged 30 to 79 years in 10 regions of China. They separated 4,68,213 people from those who participated in the study, who have no previous history of cancer, heart disease or diabetes. Then they run a survey on them.

It can be seen, 13 percent of the participants eats eggs each day. And 9 percent said they rarely eat eggs. Another thing they noticed is that none of the participants eat duck eggs. Khan chicken egg. After collection of this information, participants are kept in the observation of nine years. During this time, researchers kept an eye on the major types of heart attack, stroke, heart block, and major types of blood circulatory system. During this observation, 9 thousand 985 people died due to cardiovascular disease. Apart from this, more than 5 thousand 103 people died due to blood circulatory system. During this same time, more than 85,000 participants were diagnosed with heart disease. The second step is to compare this data with the first step, and it is seen that those who have eaten one egg each day, the risk of heart rate less than those who do not eat.

More specifically, Kankey Yu says, 26 percent of stroke risk reduction when playing an egg. And the risk of death from stroke is 28 percent. The risk of blockage is 12 percent.

However, Caroline Richard, Assistant Professor of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Department of Alberta University of Canada, does not believe this study is very important. According to him, it is a observational study. As a result, it should not be concluded that direct concomitance between eggs and heartburn should not be concluded. However, the large scale of this work has been a major development in this related research. Especially the biggest contribution is that, eating regular eggs does not increase the risk of heart disease - bring this truth to the fore.
