Orange Bolu
Bolu is one of the most popular cakes in Indonesia. Of texture, sponge is usually lighter and fluffy when compared with the cake in general. One of the most famous types of sponges is orange sponge. And this time we will present orange spice recipe to you.
90 grams of wheat flour
2 chicken eggs
100 grams of margarine
40 grams of sugar
1 sachet of orange juice
¼ tsp baking powder
Beat margarine and granulated sugar until soft, enter the orange juice instantly, beat well.
Add the eggs one by one alternately with wheat flour that has been sifted, shake until blended. Add baking powder, stir back until blended.
Pour the dough into a 22 cm diameter pan that has been smeared with margarine and baked bread paper.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven temperature 180oC until cooked.
Remove the spoon dri oven, wait until cool and cut the sponge into 12 parts.
