This is a staple in my country Nigeria..Its is one of the commonest forms of rice.It is basically white rice paired with tomato beef stew, and fried plantains.This food is enjoyed across all nigerian homes and it tastes superb.As seen in this picture,it contains ;Rice,beef,stew and ofcourse fried ripe plantain.If you have Nigerian restaurants around you i encourage you to try it as it would worth your while.
