Today I take a walk in the market, see the shrimp is still very fresh, I immediately bought it. I want to make simple dishes but it's not complicated.
Usually, when I eat, there should be a sambal as an appetizer for the lunch menu. This time using shrimp and soybean cakes. hmm ... fragrant and spicy😋
Ingredients
• ½ kg peeled shrimp
• 1 fermented soybean (tempe)
• 10 Red Chili fruit
• 6 red onion cloves
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tomato
• to taste Salt and sugar
Step to make it
• Fry the shrimp and fermented soybean until done, then remove and drain.
• Blend red chili, red onion, garlic and tomatoes.
• Saute the spices until fragrant, add the shrimp and stir-fried fermented soybean until they change color. add salt, and sugar to taste. Cook until cooked.
• Lift and ready to be served.
