Potato pancake with spring roll skin

Usually I make pancakes for the outer skin itself. But this I try to make from the skin of spring rolls. So just make the contents. But it tastes just as good as the skin of the spring rolls is more crisp and crispy.

Ingredients

• Spring roll skin

Stuffing material:

• 1 large size potato
• 4 stems of celery leaves
• 1 egg

Material in puree:

• 2 Spring onions
• 1 clove of garlic
• Salt

Step to make it

• Peel the potatoes and then cut into small cubes. Finely slice celery leaves. Then wash and drain.

• Prepare oil for sautéing. Add the seasoned spices then add the eggs. Mix well. Add the potatoes and celery leaves.

• After the vegetables are cooked, lift and cool.

• Take the spring roll skin then fill one by one with the stuffing earlier. After it's finished it's ready to be fried.

• Fry it once enough so that the oil doesn't soak up.

• lift and serve.
