material :
Chana Dal - 1 cup, Rice - 2 tablespoons, Dhuli urad Dal - 3 tablespoons, Sour curd - 1 cup, Ginger, Green chili paste - 3 tablespoons, citric acid - 1 teaspoon, salt - 2 teaspoons, asafoetida And turmeric-pinch, butter-3 teaspoon pickle, pickle masala readymade- 3 tablespoons, coconut oil- (to apply on the dhokla) and euro fruit salt- 2-2 tbsp.
Method :
Wash gram dal, rice, urad dal and soak for overnight. Add green chillies, ginger paste, citric acid and curd in the morning and grind it for 6 hours. Prepare steamer by adding water to the dhokla mold Grease. Put turmeric, asafoetida, salt, oil and broth in the lentils and keep the mixture of Dhokla cooked. After a while, put a knife in the Dhokla. If the dhokla sticks in a knife then cook it for a while. Before serving, pour the pickle masala and coconut oil on the Dhokle. Serve with green sauce or tomato sauce.
