Korean Barbecue VS Thailand Barbecue!
During my Thailand trip, I had a little bit unique experience :D
One night, after I got the Thai massage, it was close to 9 PM.
And of course
all the restaurant was closed including the hotel restaurant at that time.
I went out for looking for a restaurant which still opened and I finally found one.
I asked the staff if I can order food now and thanks god the staff said yes!!
Turned out it was Korean barbecue restaurant!!
Hahaha, I never imagined I'm going to go Korean barbecue restaurant in Thailand!
How fun!!!
This Korean barbecue restaurant was buffet style restaurant
so I can get food as much as I want! And it was only 120 Baht
which means only $4!!!! Isn't it crazy?
I've never seen this big Coca-cola with glass bottle!!+_+
I guess it was pretty late time
So the seafood didn't look really fresh to me so I just got only meat.
First time trying Korean barbecue in Thailand!
Hmmm, I was a little bit disappointed about the grill.
Every time I cook the meat, the grill moved a lot and the edge of the grill was filling with the soup, so it looked really dangerous :(
In South Korea, we have a really nice grill and the table for barbecue!! I've heard that Thai people love Korean barbecue from @mayasiam so I wish I can give all Thai people nice grill💖
Also, the heat was really weak, so I had to wait a long time to cook properly even though I was starving!!
They also got ramen so of course, @ramengirl tried ramen with the soup!!
It was so yummy<3
Even though I got disappointed with the grill,
the Thai sauce with barbecue was awesome!! Also, the soup and ramen was my favorite part!
Now, I want to introduce you the real Korean barbecue!!
Look pretty different, right? :D
Which do you think is better?

Yea, that BBQ seems a bit weak, glad that the ramen and Thai sauce were good :) And only 4$ for all that is cool!
Korean barbecue on the other hand, looks sooo delicious! Made me hungry =) Thanks for the post @ramengirl , keep it up!
Wow, only 4$ for all that!? That's amazing. I live in China and all you can eat korean bbq is at least 10$ and it still doesn't look anywhere near as good as what you!
Thank god !! Food is the most important thing when you are hungry !!
I can understand your happiness ! :DD I love food :D
And yeah that coca cola is way big !!!
We see such different stuff in different countries. Isn't it?
Nice post @ramengirl :D
The difference is clear. Can you make a short video clip of it please? I may want to try it
Awww I'll try next time when I have a barbecue! :D Thank you!
Ok, I will look forward to that. This is really yummy.
I wish i could taste this, looks so delicious, barbecue always reminds me of choji...lol
Haha I thought he's favorite food is ramen!
Nope...thats naruto...choji is all u can eat meat barbecue
I think Korean is better!
@nomadicsoul You thinks so? :D Meat is always right! Hehe
Hehe yeah it is! Oh man. Best street meat I've ever had is in Colombia though
The best BBQ is in Korea!!
Looks delicious.
I love how you make little tacos out of the lettuce leaves!😋😋😋
That taco called 'Ssam' in Korean! Awww, I miss that moment that we had the barbecue together in Korea!! :'(
ジュージューと美味しい音が鳴ってる感じが伝わりました♪急にお肉が食べたくなっちゃいました😍!
@childcareさん、韓国いらっしゃったら一番美味しい焼肉屋さんに連れて行きます🤗
Call me crazy but I only eat Korean food in Korea ^^Only the best will do. Accept no substitutes!
Seems like you were pretty lucky for that night ;)
While with that rate the buffet seems to be great ;)
While the ramengirl trying ramen was indeed the beautiful line I have to say :)
I do have to say ,the food does indeed looks delicious !
OMG! I miss this!
Korean barbeque is going global! I even saw one in Mauritius during our trip last month 😄 Your photos are making me crave them again.
I think I like the Korean style more than Thai, hahaha. When I went to a Korean buffet in Bangkok I had to work hard and cook hard before I could enjoy it. All the meat went down to the water and I ate it just like a soup, haha. I have never seen a Ramen version like yours before! Thanks for sharing this real food from Korea, I will come to try it myself one day.😊💖
Haha, me too!!!! I kept dropping my meat in the soup!! Don't worry if you come to Korea I'll cooking barbecue for you ;)
