heres one for some London Broil I make. It rocks and if you have a hankerin' for some steak/pot roast this is for you.

London Broil in a slow cooker. 2 cans whole italian tomato(San Marzano if you can get em), 1 medium onion coarse chopped, some spice, pepper, little salt, packet Beef N Herb gravy mix, 1 cup water. Cooking on low-medium for 6-8 hours. Serve up over some amish noodles. Side salad. Voila!

Wanna a quick Pizza but need it lighter/low carb?

Grab your self some Large tortillas(soft flour). Put foil on a pan and give it a light spray of cooking spray(olive oil works best). Heat oven to 400F. Spread some pizza sauce generously from edge to edge. Sprinkle with some garlic powder(not salt). Add any shredded cheese you like. Add any topiings you like(dont over do it). And bam, put it in the oven for about 18 minutes. Wont come out burnt, but bubbly and delicious. Very thin and light and perfect to satisfy your needs anytime you like.

Feel free to add more folks, lets get this rollin. Ive got my killer mac n cheese not for the faint of heart if anyone is interested, lets get some replies. Thanks to all!

How about some Meatloaf? Aggressive style.

Take some of that leftover meatloaf from the fridge and cut yourself some 3/4"-1" slices and put in a hot skillet with melted butter or cook spray. Get em all crispied up on both sides.

Now get some instant mashed taters made and set aside.

Get a few texas garlic cheese toast slices in the oven.

Whip up some herbed beef gravy(simply make some beef gravy and add some Marjoram, cracked pepper, and some garlic powder)

To plate or as I do use a large pasta dish:
Place a slice of toast on the bottom
spoon over some mashed taters onto the toast
place two slices of meatloaf over the top of the taters
give yourself a generous ladle of gravy on the top
enjoy!
