30 minute meal. So it has been raining the whole night yesterday and I thought 'a good soup' will be good. I opened the fridge and freezer to see what I can put in the soup and found some enoki mushroom,
celery
bok choy and kailan. Its not enough ...so I went through the freezer and found some frozen fish fillets. Great... now just chopped some onion and chilly.
Heat up the pot with some oil, throw in the onions and chilly. Wait till it becomes soft then add up the fish fillets. Sautee them for sometime and I added a tom yum cube. Once the fish is half way cooked, I added the boiling water to it. About 1 litter. The celery, mushroom and leavy vegetable goes in. Season with salt and pepper ... and I am done. On the side, I added boiling water and salt to the rice noodles. All done is less than 30 minutes... happy trying folks.
