This is one of my favorite Dim Sum dishes. It is a steamed bun filled with Cantonese style BBQ pork. Great for any time of the day. My favorite version however is the one sold at Ding Ding Dim on Elgin Road in Hong Kong. They do a bun which is baked with a glaze, similar to the one made by Din Tai Fung, but Ding Ding Dim is better in my opinion.
It should be tasty
Soooooo Good!
The Cantonese style BBQ pork sounds so good.
That is one of the beauties of going to another country, they have new and delicious foods compared to the ones we have at home.
