A few days ago I was in the mood for making a Guacamole, but I had nothing to eat the Guacamole with (no bread, nachos or something similar). Therefore I decided to mix the Guacamole with rice to have a sufficient meal and the combination tasted really good ;)

Vor ein paar Tagen hatte ich Lust eine Guacamole zu machen, aber ich hatte nichts zum dazu essen (kein Brot, Nachos oder ähnliches). Deshalb entschied ich mich die Guacamole mit Reis zu mischen um eine ausgiebige Mahlzeit zu haben und die Kombination schmeckte wirklich sehr gut ;)

Ingredients:	Zutaten:
Rice	Reis
Avocado	Avocado
Garlic (plenty)	Knoblauch (viel)
Red peppers	Roter Paprika
Tomatoes	Tomaten
Lemon juice	Zitronensaft
Black pepper	Schwarzer Pfeffer
Salt	Salz

Decoration	Dekoration
Olives	Oliven
Black pepper	Schwarzer Pfeffer

Preparation	Zubereitung
Cook the rice (I used sticky sushi rice) in salted water and shortly before done already add a bit of garlic and red peppers.	Kocht den Reis (ich verwendete klebrigen Sushi Reis) in gesalzenem Wasser und kurz bevor er fertig ist fügt schon ein bisschen Knoblauch und roten Paprika hinzu.
Afterwards add the rest of the garlic and red peppers and then the freshly squeezed lemon juice, avocado, tomatoes, salt and pepper.	Danach fügt den Rest des Knoblauchs und roten Paprikas hinzu und dann den frisch gepressten Zitronensaft, die Avocado, die Tomaten, Salz und Pfeffer.
Finally decorate it with olives and black pepper and then it is ready to serve.	Zuletzt dekoriert das Ganze mit Oliven und schwarzem Pfeffer und dann ist es fertig zum servieren.

Unter Garantie eine richtig schmackhafte Sache.
Gehe nur noch einmal kurz in den Edit rein und füge in der Zubereitung noch die Avocado zu. Ging scheinbar verloren.

Das sieht ja so richtig lecker aus, ich glaub ich muss gleich einkaufen gehen.
Iss was völlig neues für mich. Reis mit Avocado viel Knoblauch und Zitrone das passt danke für das Rezept. Einen schönen Tag wünsch ich noch.
