Methods/steps

Boil the eggs in water for five minutes, then remove them.

After a bit cooler, gently crack the shell of the egg.

Then prepare the sauce for the marinated egg. Prepare four red peppers.

Cut up the red pepper.

Prepare ginger, garlic cloves.

Slice the garlic and ginger.

Soy sauce needs about a spoonful, if it is salty some can be added. It would be better to suggest an old soy sauce.

The brine probably needs about one or two
Five spice powder and cumin powder, one or two
Prepare the water in the pan. Now put the eggs, ginger, garlic and chili into the pot.

After boiling, add the spiced powder and cumin powder and soy sauce. You can taste the salt, if it's light, add some salt.

Cook for 20 minutes, then 20 minutes, and the eggs will be ready.

Peel off the skin and the spiced eggs will be ready to eat. If you prefer a friend with a bittersweet taste, you can cook it a little more and cook it with a small fire.
