Ingredients:
Chicken pieces -1 kg
Chilly powder -1 T
Turmeric powder -1/2 t
Ground pepper -1 1/2 t
Chicken spice - 1 t
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 t
Vinegar - 1 t
Salt - to taste
Cooking oil - 1/2 c
Potatoes -2
Method :
Clean and dry the chicken .Cut into big pieces .
Peel and slice potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients except cooking oil and marinade the chicken and potato slices and leave it for 6-7 hrs.
Heat the oil in the baking tray and spread the chicken and potato slices and roast until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot and garnish with saute vegetables.
