Hello Steemians
The essence of food really drives me crazy. While today was really feeling hungry and unfortunately I was away from home. I do prefer home food rather than the foods from out side. But as it seems I had no option regarding today's meal. So I was searching online (there's a fb group of foodies) and was able to find a restaurant nearby and the food was quite affordable and the rating of this meal was quite good as well . So without further delay let's get to see where I had my dinner !!
TITANIC
It was an offer that was going on and I was lucky enough to get on time. So I ordered the dish, specifically name was 'Combo Meal' that is what I think the waiter called it and tbh I did liked the way it was presented and few of the items were my favorite as well. There were quite a few items on the list as given below :
- Fried rice
- Crispy wings
- BBQ Chicken
- Prawn Masala
- vegetables
- Raita Salad
- Drinks
Of all the items I enjoyed the Prawn Masala (one of my fav) it was amazing and mouth watering lol vegetables was ok as well and as usual Fried rice was very tasty as well. Not that much oil in it and it was fresh and the other stuffs did made it much more delicious as well. The other items were average as well. The drinks were optional and I choose Sprite over coke . Anything extra you will have to pay for it and I ordered a bottle of water.
Apart from the food the environment was also all right and the reason they gave the name Titanic does reflects from their interior design as well. They did gave it some thought and the design kind of reflected our Steem WHALES as well lol
The restaurant had two parts and I was sitting on the inside as because there were less people out there and I was able to have the food in peace.
The Titanic was in the restaurant floating beside us and the little breeze of the fan were quite chilling as well lol. While I must say the interior decor were quite nice and each simple things were taken care of very nicely which will somehow attract the customers to spend some time in peace while having food.
Nevertheless, the food was very much tasty and I would probably visit again soon to try out something recommended by them and hopefully I will not be let down like this dish. The behavior of the staff was gentle and professional as well which I liked it and now coming to price it costed me around 3 USD including the VAT which was pretty much ok in terms of food and the quantity was enough as well for a single person.
Overall, I had a nice experience in TITANIC
