Here I have what I consider to be the best balanced meal, of course, just my opinion.
Protein, fats and sugars with the right minerals and vitamins IS a fulfilling meal. Don't be afraid to enjoy what you want or mix it up sometimes. It's okay to be a fatty, as long as you're eating healthily.
Here we have a Medium-rare steak, carrots, cherry tomatoes with greenbeans. For the base we have mash potatoes with some good 'ol gravy. Something filling and yet very simple, there's no need to go crazy.
For those who don't like steak (how dare you), this is a chicken alternative of the same caliber. Greenbeans, carrots, mash potatoes and gravy, on this plate we left out the cherry tomatoes.
