banana coffee cupcake
Ingredients :
- 750 grams of egg white.
- ¾ tsp salt.
- 1½ tbsp emulsifier

- 450 grams of flour.
- 450 grams of Ambonese banana, puree.
- 3 tablespoons of instant coffee, dissolve with hot water.
- 375 grams of margarine, melt.
- 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
How to make
- Beat egg whites, salt, and emulsifiers until they expand. Then, add fine sugar little by little, shake until it expands.
- After that, enter the flour while being whipped flat.
- Mix liquid margarine, Ambonese banana, coffee solution, and sweetened condensed milk in different places. After that, mix it into the cake mixture slowly.
- If it is evenly distributed, pour the mixture into a mold that has been given a paper cup. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Cupcake banana coffee is ready to be served with banana pieces around it.
