Today, I make cakes, mocca milk, if you look at this cake, remember the high school years ago, when there was a long holiday ... I once made this cake, just didn't use mocca, meaning the last time I made this cake in 2003 ... cake in the past it was good and timeless.
Revive Moka Milk Recipe
Ingredients/how to make
750gr tapioca flour, roast 10 minutes then cool and sifter (not sago flour ... different tapioca with sago)
2dm mazeina (mix both flour, set aside)
350 gr butter (me: 100 gr blueband, 250 gr wijssman)
250gr of refined sugar (butter mixer and refined sugar until smooth
4 egg yolks (flat smpe mixer)
2 tablespoons of mocca paste (mixer until evenly distributed)
Turn off the mixer, put in all the flour, stir for a while using a spatula
then enter: 150 ml of thick coconut milk from 1/2 coconut seeds (do not use water)
then stir using a spatula until smooth, then
stir again using your hands until smooth
print on a baking sheet smeared with blueband or may also spread baking paper only and syringe (print) according to the desired shape
Roast at 160 degrees for 30 minutes (depending on the oven)
NB: to find out the cake is fully cooked or not, approximately when roasting 25 minutes, take 1 cake ... split the cake (use hand only) if the inside looks wet, it means it's not cooked ...
Omg I love :O
