Spice ribs soup, this is the first time I try to cook beef ribs..the time is 3 hours 50 minutes, haha .. But really satisfied with the taste, before I forget, this I share the recipe ..
Spice ribs soup
- 600 gr beef ribs, cut to taste: wash, then boil with boiling water about 15 minutes until all the dirt out all, then dispose of water, take the ribs rinse with clean water.
- 10 stalks of beans, cut into short pieces
- 1 large carrot, cut to taste
- 1 large potato, cut to taste
- 4 pieces of cabbage, cut to taste
- 1 large leek onion, cut into pieces
- 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, split
- 3 cardamom fruit
- 2 pieces of mace
- 5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick, approximately 5-8 cm
- 1/2 finely ground nutmeg seed
- 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- Salt and sugar to taste
Finely spiced (saute samai fragrant):
- 8 onion cloves
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 candlenuts
How to make :
- Boil 2 Liters of water, enter the beef ribs that have been boiled and washed, then after boiling, put the spices have been stir-fried and soft nutmeg, then cover the pan and cook up to 3 hours
- then enter the carrots, potatoes, cardamom, cloves, lawang flowers and cinnamon, after boiling the lid back and reduce the heat, cook about 20min
- Enter beans, cabbage, spring onions, tomatoes, salt and sugar and cook for about 10 minutes (until the beans and cabbage are soft)
- last, enter celery, stirring .. test taste less salty or sweet. I do not use micin, so give a little sugar, who want kasi micin may, according to taste.
