Hi @twinkledrop thank you for your post. I live in Asia for the past 18 years and travel a lot in Asia. My home is in Chiang Mai north Thailand and i want to say in the past 10 years all around Asia there is an explosion of coffee shops. Before that Asian peoples most of the time tell you when seeing you drinking a coffee that they can't drink it because they heart will make jumps in their chest, so they were drinking tea or water at that time. But today things have change, before in my town i have to make kilometers to find a coffee shop but today they are every where of course you can get many kind of coffee, hot, iced or even like a kind of milkshake but the biggest part of the coffee shop business is cake, sandwich, dessert or even some real food like steak, french fried but mostly Asian will get an ice coffee or smoothie with some sweet things around. This is the Asian way of getting coffee. Love and Happiness to all of you
