Materials

1/2 bks kwetiaw

3 stems of leaf mustard

1 egg

to taste sweet soy sauce

Royco chicken suit

to taste granulated sugar

Oil for sauteing

a little water

Ulek seasoning:

3 cloves garlic

2 cloves garlic

3 pieces of red chilli

cayenne pepper to taste

1/4 TSP pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tomatoes

Step

Soak with hot water until Shahe kwetiaw does not rotate then drain

Potong2 leaf mustard then wash clean.

Ulek all the spices and then Saute until somewhat mature and enter the egg and mustard leaves then give a little water so the mustard can be somewhat tender, stir-stir.

Enter kwetiaw then add the sweet soy sauce to taste, stir-stir.

Stir in salt, sugar and royco, stir-stir.

Taste testing

Sprinkle fried onions and fried kwetiang teapot
