Materials
Ingredients:
300 grams of spaghetti
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, chopped
4 pieces of bacon, cut into 1 cm x 2 cm
100 grams of mushrooms, sliced thin studs
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 liter of water
Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
150 ml cooking cream
1 egg, beaten off
1 tsp chicken stock powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ TSP pepper powder
50 gr of parmesan cheese, grated
How to make a
Boil the water to the boil in a saucepan, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil
Enter the spaghetti in the boiling water, Cook about 5 minutes. Check for desired doneness level. Lift, drain.
Saute garlic and onion until fragrant
Stir in mushrooms and bacon, stirring until cooked
Mix the cream, eggs, broth powder, salt and pepper and half of the grated cheese in a bowl until smooth pour into stir fry onions. Stir until boiling.
Reduce heat and cook until slightly thickened
Enter the spaghetti that was already cooked, stir until well mixed with the sauce.
Lift and serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
